PDCOR Limited is a joint venture company promoted by Government of Rajasthan & Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) Group, a leading financial institution of India. The company is mandated to develop infrastructure projects on a commercial format and attract private sector investment in Rajasthan. The company specializes in developing projects on Public Private Partnership (PPP) format.
PDCOR, where required, works alongwith the team of specialized multidisciplinary consultants. The Company employs these consultants from a list of shortlisted consultants across various sectors. To enhance and update this list of partner consultants on an on-going basis, PDCOR invites capability statements from reputed firms having rich experience in the following areas and sectors: -

The firms which have undertaken work in the above areas and sectors are required to submit Capability Statement online through our website as well as one hard copy at the address mentioned below. Firms are required to submit only one comprehensive document outlining the details across various areas & sectors for which they are applying. For all areas of work and sectors in which empanelment is sought, the applicant firm needs to demonstrate capability through atleast 3 relevant assignments in that area of work/sector. The document shall include the following sections signed by the authorized signatory of the firm:

The Capability Statement will be evaluated based on the information provided.
Only One Capability Statement alongwith the relevant details in different
sections should be submitted for all the areas/sectors duly signed, sealed and
clearly marked "Capability Statement for Empanelment of Consultants " on the

Note:
All further information/amendments etc. pertaining to this empanelment exercise
will be uploaded only on the website of PDCOR Ltd. (www.pdcor.com). Hence the
firms desiring to get empanelled are advised to visit the website for further
updates, if any.

Mere submission of Application for empanelment does not confer the right
of empanelment. PDCOR reserves the right to suspend the empanelment process or
part of the process, to accept or reject any or all applications at any stage of
the process and /or to modify the process or any part thereof at any time
without assigning any reason thereto and without any obligation or liability
whatsoever. Notwithstanding submission of capability statement, PDCOR is not
under obligation to include any company/institution/firm in the Panel or
entertain any queries in this regard. The empanelment of any Consultancy firm
shall be at the sole discretion of the Company and no firm shall have any claim
for being empanelled.
ii). In the event of any furnished information is found to be incorrect
or misleading or deceptive or if there is any breach of the terms and conditions
at any time by the empanelled consultants, the empanelment may be terminated
summarily without any notice.
