3. Financial and Transaction Advisory

In order to help ensure sustained economic development, it is imperative for the private and the public sector to work in tandem. Public Private Partnerships(PPPs) is one of the models aimed at implementing long term infrastructure projects. PPPs require innovative approach to balance the project related risks between the public and private sector. It also involves balancing the interests of diverse stakeholders, addressing legal and regulatory issues, and capital structuring which is then converted into contracts that clearly define roles, responsibilities, and risks allocated to each partner. PDCOR has strong credentials in the infrastructure sector especially in larger PPP projects. In the first phase, PDCOR typically explores the techno-economic feasibility of the project from the point of view of private sector participation and recommends appropriate PPP structures to its Government clients. In the second phase, PDCOR takes on the bid process management on behalf of the client to ensure effective marketing of the project to potential bidders and transparent, credible procurement processes.

We have worked with GoR and its departments & agencies in building financial models to structure PPP projects and provided PPP transaction advisory services.

4. Infrastructure Advisory

We have years of experience in infrastructure planning and advisory that take into account the anticipated development of infrastructure, external to the project area and the requirements for infrastructure arising from the project itself. These cover elements such as roads, water supply, waste water, electricity distribution and solid waste management. We provide master planning services to large land based projects like industrial estates, religious areas and townships, etc. Our teams work with clients to deliver sustainable master planning services for development planned in phases, taking land use, location, topography, environmental impacts, and business objectives into account. We offer solutions in master planning, landscape design, architectural design, computerized assisted design & graphics and construction documentation. We also provide a comprehensive service that combines transportation planning and modelling with other disciplines to give our clients a full service from project inception to implementation.

We are adept at applying international standard planning concepts and adapting those to the heritage, aesthetics, economics, and financial needs of urban India. This is used to offer help to municipalities and their agencies to improve the functioning of cities & towns.

5. Project Management Consultancy Services

We have been trusted with managing many of our client's prestigious projects, often through the entire project cycle from inception to completion including planning, design, contract procurement and administration, cost management, risk management, value management, construction monitoring and commissioning. This includes complete onsite management of the project helping our clients complete their prestigious projects on time and meeting quality norms.
